If you're looking for a cruiser to mine in then I highly suggest you look at the Osprey. Good Cargo Capacity, Nice bonus to mining yield, drone bay is good enough for 4 mining drones if you want that extra little bit, and you get a missile launch...

If you're going to insist on doing missions in a moa, I'd almost have to say you may want to look at some blasters and webbers. The tracking speed of the blasters is much better than thier long range counterparts and the webbers will just amplify ...
